How to Make Love Boots

Love boots are boots that are decorated with emblems and signs popular from 1960 to 1970. The most commonly worn emblems include a peace sign and the words "Love" and "Peace." To turn boots into Love Boots, all you need to do is add these emblems to the outside of each boot.

Instructions

Draw the placement of the peace sign and words "love" and "peace" in an arrangement that you like. Experiment with how close they should be placed together until one design meets your approval.

Clean boot leather with a soft cloth and let dry. Measure each boot so that placement matches on each boot. Mark the placement with chalk and then take each emblem and mark its outline at each placement.

Squeeze out a small amount of glue onto the paper plate. Dip the sponge eye shadow brush into the glue and apply to the back side of an emblem. Trace its chalk outline on boot with small line of glue to create tackiness. Wait a minute, then press emblem to boot. Hold and let adhere; it'll take approximately 30 seconds. Repeat process for each boot and each emblem. Let dry for 2 hours before wearing.

Carefully dab glue to the back of your colorful stones and apply to boots if you want a more sparkly look.
